Question 1

What makes Sakkhi different from supermarket spice?

Accepted Answer

Two things. We manufacture it ourselves rather than buying finished powder and relabelling it, and we sell it directly rather than through distributors and retailers. That removes months of shelf time and three layers of margin.

Question 2

Do you add artificial colour?

Accepted Answer

Never, in any product. If our chilli looks slightly different from one batch to the next, that's the harvest showing through — which is exactly what should happen.

Question 3

Do you use fillers?

Accepted Answer

No starch, husk, bran or added salt, except where salt is genuinely part of a blend recipe. Those are declared on the label.

Question 4

How fresh will my order be?

Accepted Answer

Every pouch carries the date it was packed. We pack against demand rather than building finished stock, so what arrives is usually within weeks of grinding.

Question 5

What is the shelf life?

Accepted Answer

Ground spices carry a best-before of twelve months from the packed-on date, whole spices twenty-four. They stay safe well beyond that; they just get quieter. Buy the size you'll finish in six months.

Question 6

Are the products vegetarian?

Accepted Answer

All of them.

Question 7

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Across India. Enter your pincode on any product page to check your area.

Question 8

How long will it take?

Accepted Answer

Dispatched within two working days. Delivery is typically three to five working days in metros and four to eight elsewhere.

Question 9

Is there free shipping?

Accepted Answer

On orders above Rs. 599. Below that a flat Rs. 59 applies.

Question 10

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

A tracking link goes out by SMS and email as soon as the parcel is picked up.

Question 11

Can I cancel or change an order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, until it's dispatched. Call or write as soon as you can and we'll sort it.

Question 12

What if a pack arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we'll replace it or refund it. No forms.

Question 13

Can I return something I didn't like?

Accepted Answer

Opened food can't be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons. A genuine quality problem is a different matter — get in touch and we'll fix it.

Question 14

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Five to seven working days to the original payment method once approved.

Question 15

Do you sell in bulk?

Accepted Answer

Yes, direct to restaurants, caterers, retailers and institutional kitchens at trade pricing.

Question 16

Can you make a custom blend?

Accepted Answer

We develop blends to a customer's own recipe, subject to a minimum order quantity.

Question 17

Do you offer private label?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send us your requirement through the bulk enquiry form.
