What makes Sakkhi different from supermarket spice?

Two things. We manufacture it ourselves rather than buying finished powder and relabelling it, and we sell it directly rather than through distributors and retailers. That removes months of shelf time and three layers of margin.

Do you add artificial colour?

Never, in any product. If our chilli looks slightly different from one batch to the next, that's the harvest showing through — which is exactly what should happen.

Do you use fillers?

No starch, husk, bran or added salt, except where salt is genuinely part of a blend recipe. Those are declared on the label.

How fresh will my order be?

Every pouch carries the date it was packed. We pack against demand rather than building finished stock, so what arrives is usually within weeks of grinding.

What is the shelf life?

Ground spices carry a best-before of twelve months from the packed-on date, whole spices twenty-four. They stay safe well beyond that; they just get quieter. Buy the size you'll finish in six months.
