The name
A sakkhi is a witness — the one who was present, who saw it happen, and who can vouch for it.
That is the whole idea behind the brand. We were there when the crop was bought, when it was cleaned, when it went through the grinder and when the pouch was sealed. So we can tell you exactly what is inside it.
What the range covers
Four shelves. One standard.

Ground Spices
The everyday workhorses — red chilli, turmeric, coriander, cumin, black pepper. Cleaned, graded and ground in controlled small batches so the powder stays cool and keeps its oils.

Whole Spices
Sun-dried and hand-sorted whole spices for tempering, roasting and grinding fresh at home.

Masala Blends
Blends built the way a home kitchen builds them — spices roasted separately to their own degree, then ground and mixed to a fixed recipe so every pouch tastes the same.

Combo Packs
Curated sets for a new kitchen, a first order, or a gift.

Every Sakkhi pack is sealed in a food-grade, light-resistant, resealable pouch. Light and air are the two things that strip a ground spice of its aroma, so the pack is built to keep both out between uses.
On the back you will find the batch number, the packed-on date, the best-before date, the net weight, the ingredient list and our FSSAI licence number. Nothing in code, nothing in six-point type.
How to keep it good
- Keep the pouch sealed and away from direct sunlight.
- Use a dry spoon. Moisture is what causes caking and spoilage.
- Do not store above the stove — the heat and steam will flatten the aroma within weeks.
- Ground spices are at their best within six months of the packed-on date. They remain safe well beyond that; they simply get quieter.
