Delivery
Where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within two working days of payment. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are picked up the next working day.
Delivery time
Three to four working days in metros. Four to eight elsewhere. Remote pincodes can take longer and we will tell you at checkout if yours is one of them.
Charges
Free on orders above Rs. 599. A flat Rs. 59 below that.
Tracking
A tracking link goes out by SMS and email as soon as the parcel is picked up.
Missed deliveries
Our courier partners attempt delivery three times. After that the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch.
Delays
Weather, strikes and regional restrictions occasionally delay a parcel. We will keep you informed and we do not charge again for a re-attempt.
